Frequently Asked Questions

How long will my service take?
The service can take anywhere between 1 to 3 hours depending on the requirements of the service. We will advise you of the servicing time when booking in.

Can I book a service and MOT together?
Yes you can, for our MOT’s we require the cars in by 10am.

Can I drop my car off the day before my booking?
If you would like to drop your car the day before please let us know as it would need to be dropped within our opening hours.

Which service do I need?
We would be happy to advise which service is required on your car when you get in touch.

What is the difference between maintenance and servicing?
Car maintenance is when additional work is needed on your car such as brakes. Car servicing keeps your car running at it’s best all year round.

 

 

 

What do I need to bring with me when getting my car serviced?
Please make sure you have your locking wheel nut and service book on the passenger seat when dropping off your car.

What parts do you use?
We use genuine Suzuki parts which come with a 12-month warranty. We do have the option of aftermarket if required.

Do you provide service plans?
Yes, we do. By choosing a service plan, you can spread the cost of your servicing over monthly payments. The service plans have fixed pricing, so even if our pricing changes, the service plan cost does not.

Do you only service Suzukis?
We service all types of cars; however, some cars we may not be able to reset the service light on.

What arrangement options are there for booking in?
For booking in, we can arrange a collection and delivery (subject to location). You can wait in our cosy waiting room with refreshments, opt for a courtesy car (subject to availability), or drop off and leave your car with us.
